Good Grief is a 6-week class spread over 12 weeks, meeting every other week. It is a great place to begin your grief journey, following the loss of a child, as we focus on exploring the 6 phases of mourning: accepting the reality of your loss, embracing the pain of your loss, remembering your child, developing a new self-identity, searching for meaning and purpose and finding ongoing support from others.

The group begins Thursday, March 24 at 6:30 PM, and is limited to 12 participants.
