The Children’s Park is a way to discover joy, even in the midst of grief. It’s not just a place. It’s an experience. For families who have experienced the devastating loss of a child, it’s a place to remember and continue the conversations surrounding their lives.
It’s also one of the most photographed places in Tyler, TX. It’s a place where children can use their imaginations to explore and discover new things through the art of natural play, as well as a place for quiet meditation. We hope these pictures give you a taste and that you’ll choose to visit and see it for yourself in person!
The park is managed through the public private partnership between the City of Tyler & The Children’s Park of Tyler, the local non-profit organization who built the park and gave it to the City of Tyler in 2004.
Donations are always appreciated to help us keep it looking beautiful!
