Alison’s House at The Children’s Park is owned and operated by The Children’s Park of Tyler, the local non-profit organization who privately built the park, and is available to be rented for your special event!

The Children’s Park is owned by the City of Tyler and managed by The Children’s Park of Tyler. To reserve a specific area in the park for your special event, please visit here.

Alison’s House with the Upper Deck is available to rent for a fee of $150/hr for a 2 hr minimum*. Additional hours are $100 ea. Non-profit and weekend rates are also available. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of signing the Rental Contract. An additional refundable damage deposit of $150 is also required prior to your event. The inside and outside spaces comfortably accommodate up to 80 people.

Alison’s House with 2 Decks and Back Lawn  are available to rent for a fee of $250/hr for a 2 hr minimum*. Additional hours are $200 ea. A non-profit rate is also available. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required when signing the Rental Contract. An additional refundable damage deposit of $150 and is also required prior to your event. The Back Lawn can accommodate up to 300 chairs.

Upper Deck Only can be reserved 4 weeks ahead for $50/hr for a 2 hr minimum*. Additional hours are $25 ea. A non-refundable deposit of $50 and a refundable damage deposit of $150 is required when signing the Rental Contract.

Back Lawn Only can be reserved 4 weeks ahead for $100/hr for a 2 hr minimum*. Additional hours are $75 ea. A non-refundable deposit of $100 and a refundable damage deposit of $150 is required when signing the Rental Contract.

Liability Insurance is required for all events and is available through The Children’s Park for a minimum of $100, depending on the number of people in attendance and type of event.
